Nothing is washed, cut or styled. What your hair looks like walking out, and how to schedule this around a haircut or color.

The single most common question before a first booking is whether you walk out with wet hair. You do not, and the reason is worth spelling out because the videos suggest otherwise.
Here is the plain answer. This is a dry, oil-optional treatment focused on the scalp and muscles, not a wash-and-blowout. If we use a little oil at your request, your hair may feel conditioned afterward. Bring a hair tie if you like.
So what does it actually look like at the end? Roughly what it looked like at the start, with more volume and less order. Hands have been moving through it for an hour, so expect it to be lifted at the roots and generally rearranged. If you came in with a careful style, that style is gone. If you came in with hair tied back, it goes back up in five seconds and nobody would know.
That has a scheduling consequence. This is a fine appointment to take on a workday morning if you can put your hair up afterwards, and a poor one to take an hour before a wedding photograph. Most people book it on an evening precisely because what happens next is going home.
On oil, the choice is entirely yours and it gets made at the start rather than sprung on you. Skip it and the hour is completely dry, which means fine hair does not end up looking washed out and you can go straight back to whatever you were doing. Ask for a little and it behaves like a light treatment sitting on the scalp and lengths for the rest of the evening, which some people rinse out that night and some deliberately leave in.
Around a haircut, the order that works best is head spa first and cut second, if you are doing both in a day. Around color, leave a gap and talk to your colorist rather than to us. We are not going to speculate about how a treatment interacts with fresh dye, and your stylist actually knows.
Longer hair, curly hair, locs, braids, extensions, thinning hair, a scalp that flakes in a dry Utah winter. None of that disqualifies you, and none of it is remarkable to somebody who does this all week. If you have a particular arrangement you want protected, say so in the first minute. The work adapts around it.
People do book this with scalp condition in mind rather than muscle, and that is a legitimate reason to come. What we will not do is promise you a hair outcome. This is bodywork on the scalp, not a hair-growth service, and nothing here treats a dermatological problem. A persistent scalp complaint belongs with a doctor.
Sixty minutes, eighty-five dollars, and nothing goes near a sink.

"A beautiful new spa with lots of modalities to choose from. My therapist knew exactly which muscles to massage and stretch, very professional. Pick this place, you will not be disappointed."

"Spotless, and all the staff were very nice. We set an appointment for a couples massage and they had a nice two-bed room ready when we arrived. Highly recommend."
