Add-ons inside the hour versus a second appointment beside it. Reflexology, massage, the infrared sauna, and how to book the combination.

Two different things get called adding something on, and they behave differently on the schedule and on the bill. Worth separating them before you call.
The first is an add-on attached to the session itself. Hot stones and cupping are twenty dollars each. CBD is thirty. These ride along inside the hour you already booked and do not extend it.
The second is a whole other appointment sitting next to this one. Here is the short version of how we answer that: A head spa pairs beautifully with a full-body massage or foot reflexology. Book them back to back, or add a 30-minute infrared sauna at checkout.
The infrared sauna sits between the two categories, which is why it comes up so often. It is thirty dollars for a half hour, and it is separate table time rather than something folded into the treatment, so it lengthens your visit by roughly thirty minutes without touching what you paid for the hour.
Of the two-service combinations, foot reflexology is the one regulars land on most, and there is a logic to it. One service works everything above the collarbone. The other works the opposite end of you entirely. Between them, almost nothing gets skipped, and neither hour repeats the other. Both are sixty minutes at eighty-five dollars.
A full body massage is the alternative pairing, and it makes more sense when your complaint is broader than your neck. Swedish, deep tissue, sports, shiatsu and ashiatsu all start at eighty-five for an hour and can run ninety minutes or two hours if you want the longer version of that half.
On order, we would rather not invent a rule. Some people want the sauna first because arriving warm is pleasant. Others want it last because it is the easiest way to end. Some want the body work done before their head goes quiet, since after a head spa you may not feel like being moved around. Say what you would prefer when you book and it gets sequenced that way.
Booking mechanics matter more than people expect. Two services back to back need a single longer hold on the calendar rather than two separate reservations made at different times, and the front desk can only do that if they know both at once. Mention everything on the same call. The same applies to add-ons, which are attached at booking rather than chosen at checkout.
Budget accordingly. Two hours of service is a genuine afternoon and it costs what two services cost, with the sauna and any add-ons on top. If that is more than you want to spend on a first visit, take the hour on its own and see whether it earns a second trip.

"Spotless, and all the staff were very nice. We set an appointment for a couples massage and they had a nice two-bed room ready when we arrived. Highly recommend."
