Same-day slots are usually available. How openings appear through the day, why late evening is the easiest ask, and what to have ready.

The honest answer to whether you can get in today is usually yes, with the caveat that usually is not always.

Here is how we put it when people ask. Most days, yes. Call or book online; same-day slots appear automatically when a therapist is open.

That word automatically is the part worth understanding, because it changes how you should approach a last-minute booking. The calendar is not a fixed list of slots released each morning. It reflects what the therapists on shift actually have free right now, and it moves through the day as appointments finish, get rescheduled or fall through. A calendar that looked full at noon can have a hole in it at three, and it did not require anybody to do anything special.

The practical consequence is that a same-day attempt is worth making twice. If the time you want is not there when you look, checking again a few hours later is not a wasted effort.

Late evening is the easiest ask by a wide margin. We are open until ten at night, every night, and the last stretch of the day fills more slowly than the middle of the afternoon does. If you are flexible about starting at eight rather than at five, your odds improve considerably.

Weekend afternoons are the hardest, which will surprise nobody. If your only availability is Saturday at two, treat that as a booking to make in advance rather than a same-day gamble.

Calling beats guessing when the timing is tight. A person can see what is genuinely open, tell you what shifts if you move by half an hour, and hold a longer block if you want a second service beside the first. Have three things ready: the window you can make, whether anything is being added, and a fallback time.

Walking in is allowed, and we would still rather hear from you first. A head spa is an hour of one therapist's undivided time in a private room, so whether it works at the moment you arrive depends entirely on who happens to be free. Five minutes on the phone beforehand saves a wasted drive down State Street.

If today genuinely has nothing, ask what tomorrow looks like before you hang up. Booking twenty-four hours out is not a compromise on this treatment. It gives you the time slot you actually wanted rather than the one that happened to be free, and it lets you leave a buffer on both ends of the appointment instead of racing into it.

Sixty minutes, eighty-five dollars, seven days a week from ten in the morning until ten at night. Call the number at the top of the page and ask what is open right now.
